Ballet Hawaii - Current Student Online Registration

New Students: Please speak to Lesley Young first before you register to make sure you are accepted and register online for the appropriate class. New Students: Please bring or mail in your application to Ballet Hawaii. We will contact you to come in to observe or take a placement class. There is a $25 new student registration fee.

Current Parents with two or more students please register online and we will apply your family discount when we process the charges.

The person who is paying for the class is the information to be filled in on the first screen/page when you click on the Online Registration button below (to be added soon). Student information is entered on a second screen/page.

If you prefer to pay by check, money order or cash instead of entering a credit card please enter 16 zero's. 0000 0000 0000 0000 no spaces. Please enter 12/10 as the expiration date and please enter 0000 as the CVS number.

Please don't forget to bring or mail your payment to the studio.
