Please also include a photo in 1st arabesque and a DVD, (no longer
than 10 minutes) of basic barre, center, adagio, pirouettes, petite and
grand allegro. Women are to wear pointe shoes for center work if you are on
pointe. This DVD audition is required for applicants other than Ballet
Hawaii students.

$1400.00 for 3 weeks and weekly rate at $500.00 a week for the Advanced
and Intermediate level. $700.00 for 3 weeks and weekly rate of $275.00
a week for the Pre-pointe level. No daily rate. $200.00 deposit
due June 1, 2012. Final payment due July 1, 2012. Once you have been
accepted, you will be able to pay the deposit and tuition online through our
